Product Overview

Pinealon belongs to a class of ultra-short peptide bioregulators developed in Russia. Its simpler tripeptide structure provides higher stability, better tissue penetration, and lower immunogenic risk compared to its parent compound Cortexin. Pinealon interacts directly with the cell genome, regulating gene expression and modulating cellular processes including ROS accumulation, cell cycle progression, and neuronal repair.

Mechanism of Action

Pinealon regulates mRNA expression associated with neuronal repair, suppresses oxidative stress and free radical damage, stabilizes mitochondria under metabolic load, supports melatonin-associated circadian balance, and modulates apoptosis-related signaling pathways. It also promotes 5-tryptophan hydroxylase expression through epigenetic modifications, supporting serotonin synthesis.
