CJC-1295 With DAC is a 29-amino acid synthetic GHRH analog enhanced with a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) — a lysine derivative attached to the C-terminus that enables binding to plasma proteins, extending the peptide's half-life to approximately 8 days. This sustained-release mechanism provides continuous GH stimulation comparable to daily HGH injections, but with less frequent dosing. There are two versions of CJC-1295: With DAC (long-acting, extended half-life, sustained GH release) and Without DAC (short-acting, natural pulsatile GH patterns). The choice depends on individual goals — With DAC is preferred for long-term regenerative and anti-aging protocols, while Without DAC is preferred when precise timing and natural GH pulse patterns are desired.

Mechanism of Action

The DAC component attaches to plasma albumin, creating a stable reservoir that maintains the peptide's biological activity for 6–8 days. This produces continuous stimulation of growth hormone release from pituitary somatotroph cells, similar in effect to daily HGH injections but with extended pharmacokinetics.
